How it works:
Apply Online
Parents reserve a spot and share their child’s goals and interest.
The application cost is either deducted from the final mentorship cost or is refunded if we are unable to find a match in your field of interest.
We Match & Prepare
BrightPath connects students with vetted, licensed professionals. This process can take up to 4 months so it is important to apply early in order to ensure placement for your preferred start date
We provide orientation and safety training before the first shadowing session.
Shadow & Learn
Students attend observe-only mentorship sessions, gaining firsthand insight into future career paths.

What ages can participate?
Students must be 14 years old for our program.
Is my child doing real work?
No. BrightPath is observe-only for safety and compliance reasons.
How much does it cost?
Mentorship costs vary based on factors like industry and program length, but the total investment generally ranges from $800 to $2,000.
How is the program structured?
Each mentorship is unique, but the program typically includes 6–8 one-hour onsite visits over the course of 6–8 weeks.
How are the sessions scheduled?
We’ll work with families and mentors to schedule times that work for all parties when possible.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Your registration fee is fully refunded if we cannot provide a mentorship offer within 12 weeks. If we provide an offer and you choose not to accept it, the fee is non-refundable
